This website, anayshamalhotra.com, is a personal portfolio for Anaysha Malhotra, a young child artist and model. It is created and managed by her parent / guardian. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

We try to collect as little information as possible.

Information you give us: if you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to provide. We use these only to read and reply to your enquiry.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect any other personal information.

2. How we use your information

To read and respond to messages and brand / collaboration enquiries.
To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Service providers & third parties

We use trusted services to run the site, and limited data may be processed by them:

Netlify — website hosting and contact-form handling (form submissions are stored in our Netlify account).
Google reCAPTCHA — protects our contact form from spam bots; it may collect device/usage data under Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts — used to display the website's fonts; may receive your IP address to deliver the fonts.

4. Cookies

This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party tools such as Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies that are necessary for their function.

5. Children's privacy

This website features, and is managed on behalf of, a minor by her parent / guardian. It is not intended for children to submit personal information. Enquiries should come from brands or adults. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Keeping & deleting your information

We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable record. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing the address below.

7. International visitors

Our hosting (Netlify) is based in the United States, so if you contact us your information may be processed there. By using the site you understand this.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent version.
